“The HSA implements one of the ideas we stress in public policy, that people should have greater choices in their health care. It also supports Heritage’s goal of helping employees prepare for medical costs in retirement. We encourage them to think about it as a health savings account rather than a health spending account.” –Wes Dyck, Director of Personnel, The Heritage Foundation
