Started in 1969 as a small pallet supplier in Marshville, NC, Edwards Wood Products has grown to become a major manufacturer of pallets and hardwood lumber in the Southeast. Edwards strives to use every part of timber, making products ranging from wood chips for the paper industry to hardwood mulch for landscaping. The company now employs 380 employees across five separate entities, including: a timber company to buy land, harvest and replant trees; sawmills and manufacturing facilities for pallet and lumber production; and a trucking company to deliver products to customers.
