A helping hand

When someone faces a serious illness or lengthy treatment plan, they often feel both physically and mentally overwhelmed. If you have employees who are suffering from a serious illness, they can take advantage of our Member Champion program. Member Champion provides a single point of contact who works closely with an internal team of experts and external (national and local) resources to provide dedicated support for administrative issues, relieving your employees of some of the concerns associated with a serious illness.
A customized service plan

Your employees can be identified for this program through referral by any individual, including you, the employer, or through data they submit. Once an employee is accepted into the program, the Member Champion is then assigned and develops a customized service plan just for that individual.
