Great-West Healthcare, now part of CIGNA, is working to bring you the best of both organizations. One of our key objectives and a driving force from the beginning of the integration has been to deliver competitive total medical costs. Among the much-anticipated opportunities in pursuit of that goal is the larger national provider network with improved medical costs that’ll be realized over time as we integrate the Great-West Healthcare and CIGNA networks.
Taking a phased approach
As we work toward complete network integration, there’s much to be done. As a result, this goal will be accomplished in phases, on a market-by-market basis, with emphasis on providers and facilities that deliver highest value to our customers and members.
